The rooms are tidy and come with a kitchen and a safe.

Efficient staff and fantastic location in the heart of KL, everything was great. We appreciated the a double room which was brand-new in good condition. An electric kettle, a refrigerator and glassware worked well.

Every time we visit Kuala Lumpur, we always choose to stay here. the hotel is excellent and situated in a large building. - the location is great, right in the heart of KL. It's a short stroll to designer shops, supermarkets, a variety of dining options, the monorail, and the aquaria. - the reception staff is very skilled and professional.

The location is superb, situated in the heart of the city within walking distance of the iconic Petronas towers and surrounded by famous pubs. The staff provide excellent service and the rooms are equipped with basic amenities and even kitchen facilities. The spacious apartments make for a comfortable stay, and the rates include breakfast, adding even more convenience.

During our stay at Crown Regency Serviced Suites, my sister accidentally dropped her mobile phone in the hotel. We were already on our way back to Singapore when the hotel reception called us and informed us that they had found the phone! We were not only surprised but also amazed by their honesty. They even offered to mail the phone back to us in Singapore. It is rare to find such honesty and helpfulness, and I highly commend them for it. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

During my recent New Year stay, I received two complementary bottles of water, and the hotel lobby had a lovely festive decoration. The location was really convenient as it was close to many attractions and public transport. The best part was the amazing view from the room that I enjoyed during the New Year's fireworks.

Although the location was great, the noise level outside the hotel was quite high at night, making it difficult to sleep. the room could have been cleaner, as I noticed some stains on the furniture.

Convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, close to KLCC and KL Tower, free parking, happening surroundings with restaurants and shops.

It was all superb.
